I created Break Free Advisors to help business founders design companies that can scale beyond them. My proprietary Founder Freedom Framework™ refines how their businesses operate so they can lead with intention, not reaction.

I spent my career at American Express co-developing nine-figure investment strategies, launching products across global markets, and leading thousands of people through change while implementing large-scale transformation programs across the Network, Acquiring and merchant payments ecosystem.
When I left, I did something I hadn't done in decades: I stopped, listened to the silence, and reflected on my need to learn and explore my curiosity about artificial intelligence. This led me to seek multiple AI Assisted® certifications. My passion is to use this knowledge and my skills to help founders of successful companies, generating $3M–$20M in revenue, rediscover the freedom that comes with running a company that isn't always dependent on them.
These founders are successful on paper but exhausted in practice. Every decision still running through them and operations are often dependent on their involvement. The more recent source of pressure being AI with no clear path to adopt it.
